Dracula
(1) It was for his, "mother's sake," not his own. (2) He wondered why the front door was slightly ajar. (3) "I am Dracula" (4) He was walking down the stairs. (5) Renfield expressed his concern over not having enough labels for Dracula's belongings.

(6) Dracula didn't have fangs, so the correct answer is no, they weren't. (7) The name of the newspaper was cut off near the top of the frame. So your guess is as good as ours. (8) An old toast about "lofty timbers." (9) Dr. Seward (Herbert Bunston) asked Renfield why he was so anxious to leave the sanitarium. (10) He was left with a fresh supply of rats, spiders and insects. Yummy!

Creature from the Black Lagoon
The lagoon was at the end of a tributary in the Amazon.

Unless you're a zombie or some carnivorous monstrosity that feeds on Hypothalamus glands. If you know anything about evolutionary biology, you know why Dr. Green's (Penelope Ann Miller) initial idea to kill the creature in The Relic would have worked. Of course, we're assuming you don't.
Put your knowledge of all-things that creep, slither and crawl to the test with the only movie monster survival guide/quiz book of its kind.

What will you do when they come for you?

Lights, Camera, Trivia
..................................
If you accepted our challenge to spend a night in Dracula's (Bela Lugosi) castle, don't forget to take a crucifix. Why did Renfield (Dwight Frye) take the one he was given if he didn't believe in vampires?
2. We also suggest holding onto your luggage for dear life if you're traveling to the castle by coach (as is there was any other way). What did Renfield seem puzzled by when he arrived at the castle?

3. Where are our manners? We forgot to bid you welcome. If those weren't Dracula's first words, what were?

4. That wasn't the wind howling. Was Renfield walking up the grand staircase in Dracula's castle or down it when he heard the baying of wolves?

5. Dracula told Renfield that he was taking three boxes to London. But he didn't tell him what the boxes contained. We're sure you know the answer to that question, so we'll make this one a bit more challenging and ask you what prompted the disclosure of that information, as vague as it was?

Tod Browning, 1931
Creature from the Black Lagoon
Richard Carlson, 1954
To become a member of the Monster Hunters Club, you'll have to capture one alive. Most believe they don't exist, but they're out there, lurking - some in the depths of the Black Lagoon, if you can find it.
6. You remember how Renfield cut himself, don't you? We didn't know it was with a paperclip until he mentioned it. Our question is, were Dracula's fangs exposed prior to that?

7. Extra! Extra! Read all about it! "Crew of Corpses Found on Derelict Vessel. Did that headline appear on the front page of The London Times, The London Herald or The London Gazette?

8. Dracula told Lucy (Frances Dade) that the crumbling walls in his new home reminded him of the broken battlements in his castle. What did Lucy say the old abbey reminded her of?

9. If we asked you how Dracula got into Lucy's bedroom the night he killed her, you'd say, "He flew in through an open window under the guise of a bat," right? What question did Renfield answer with the
words, "My cries at night might disturb (her)"?

10. Our next quiz isn't going to write itself so we have to bid you farewell. Give yourself a pat on the back if you aced this one and even if you didn't, just in case there's something crawling on it. How was Renfield rewarded for his loyalty?
