HE CAME, HE SAW, HE SLAUGHTERED!
Halloween 2
Rick Rosenthal, 1981

Congratulations, you've just been hired to assist Haddonfield's chief medical examiner, but your first case isn't an easy one. Two of the bodies that are brought in share at least one thing in common - they weren't killed by Michael Myers. Identify them, and each person's cause of death.

Halloween: The Return of Michael Myers
(1) Michael was set on fire, but that happened six years prior to his second incarceration, didn't it? (2) Not that one, the Nightmare Man.
(3) Sleep (4) He transported himself from one location (inside Jamie's bedroom) to another (outside her bedroom door). (5) Loomis told Dr. Hoffman he could be reached through the Haddonfield police department. (6) Damnation

(7) The clothes he stole from the mechanic could have gone up in flames when the transformer blew. All it would have taken was a few sparks if the clothes were stained with oil and gasoline, which they probably were. (8) Michael could have killed Rachel after she fell off the roof of the Meeker house, but he was focused on catching Jamie. He also thought Rachel was dead because she wasn't moving when he walked past her. (9) We'd change it to the Home of Michael Myers. (10) For not knowing how to use it correctly. There wasn't a single shot fired at Myers' ugly head.

Halloween 2
One of the bodies is Jimmy (Lance Guest), the other is a seventeen-year-old boy named Bennett Tramer (Jack Verbois). Determining Bennett's cause of death was easy enough. But figuring out his identity took some time because the explosion that killed him burnt his body beyond recognition. Dental records provided the answer after two of Bennett's friends told Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) that Bennett was missing. If you did your homework, and tracked down the version that was first released on tape, you'd know that Jimmy died from a fractured skull. His head hit the floor when he slipped in the blood that drained from Mrs. Alves' (Gloria Gifford) body.

Unless you're a zombie or some carnivorous monstrosity that feeds on Hypothalamus glands. If you know anything about evolutionary biology, you know why Dr. Green's (Penelope Ann Miller) initial idea to kill the creature in The Relic would have worked. Of course, we're assuming you don't.
Put your knowledge of all-things that creep, slither and crawl to the test with the only movie monster survival guide/quiz book of its kind.

What will you do when they come for you?

Frights, Camera, Trivia
..................................
The Mummy Returns. Well, sort of. Michael's (George Wilbur) face was concealed when he escaped from the Ridgemont Federal Sanitarium, but he wasn't bandaged from head to toe. The question is why was he wrapped up at all?
2. If Michael really wanted to mess with his niece (Danielle Harris), he could have sent her a birthday card that read, to Jamie, from Uncle M, the Boogie Man is Back or signed it with the N-word. Don't make us say it.

3. Michael wasn't Jamie's only problem. She also couldn't ELSPE, because of him, but that's not something you want to do anyway if there's a psychopath roaming around your neighborhood. Unscramble the underlined word.

4. You can fool some of the people some of the time with dream sequences, but only if you keep what's happening within the realm of possibility. What Michael did in the chapter entitled Sisters wasn't, even for him. What are we referring to?

5. You know what would have happened if Dr.

Hoffman (Michael Pataki) was right and Michael's body was found near the crash site after Loomis (Donald Pleasence) left for Haddonfield? He would have called him in a heartbeat just to say, "I told you so," if he knew where and how to reach him. He did. Do you?

6. What can't be killed because it doesn't die like a man dies? The answer isn't "evil" or "Michael Myers." Here's another hint - it scared the hell out of Reverend Sayer (Carmen Filpi), so to speak.

7. Suppose Michael was engulfed in flames a second time, this time by his own carelessness. It could have happened in the scene we're thinking of.

8. You're walking down the street, minding your own business when, seemingly from out of nowhere, Michael appears. Does he walk past you if you don't
look at him and keep on walking (as fast as you can)? Maybe. He didn't murder everyone who crossed his path. Rachel (Ellie Cornell) could attest to that. When did that happen?

9. Give us an M, give us an I, give us a C, H, A, E and L. What does that spell? Michael. What does he want? How about a little credit for putting Haddonfield on the map? Start with the town's Welcome sign.

10. You, you and you know who. You're all fired! Every officer who took a shot at Michael in the chapter entitled Heavy Artillery should have been handed their walking papers the next day, if not for using excessive force, then what for?
