Unless you're a zombie or some carnivorous monstrosity that feeds on Hypothalamus glands. If you know anything about evolutionary biology, you know why Dr. Green's (Penelope Ann Miller) initial idea to kill the creature in The Relic would have worked. Of course, we're assuming you don't.
Put your knowledge of all-things that creep, slither and crawl to the test with the only movie monster survival guide/quiz book of its kind.

What will you do when they come for you?
Live and learn. Learn and live!

Lights, Camera, Trivia

George A Romero, 1968
That's it. Enough is enough! The next zombie that punches a hole through our front door or one of our boarded up windows is getting both hands and at least one other limb (or should we say, limp),
chopped off, if you know what we mean. Why did Mr. Cooper (Karl Hardman) think that was a waste of time? Boarding up the place, not separating a zombie from his weenie.

11. What usually happens to folks who wander into a cellar in horror movies? Unless your name is Ash and/or know how to really kick some, you probably ain't coming back. The reason why Mr. Cooper thought it was the safest place in the house is the reason why we're urging you find another place to hide.

12. You think anyone is going to pay attention to one of those Emergency System Alerts that interrupt our favorite infomercials in the wee hours of the morning when it really matters? If one aired in this film, it would have advised the residents of the areas that were overrun with the living dead to do what?
Dawn of the Dead
Zack Snyder, 2004
We're all for kicking the living shit out of the living dead when it's warranted, but not when they're minding their own business. Those that do usually find out just how quickly a fool and his ammo are parted. What did the chosen few (in this film) have in common?
Night of the Living Dead
(10) He saw them turn over his car. (11) There was only one way in (and out), and only one door to barricade. (12) The first advisory told them to stay inside their homes. Then they were told to get to their nearest rescue stations. (13) The truck exploded after Tom spilled some gasoline.
(14) Mr. Cooper was shot by Ben when he tried to get his gun. Helen was stabbed to death by her own daughter (Kyra Schon) with a garden spade. (15) He trusted the police more than he trusted zombies. He didn't think they'd mistake him for one.

Dawn of the Dead
They looked like different celebrities, A.D.
13. We think we got it and get it before they get a piece of us. Let's just go over it one more time. We're leaving the house with Ben and Tom (Keith Wayne) in the middle of the night, running to the truck, filling it up as fast as we can and then taking the others to a rescue station, correct? What if the plan fails? Then what? It did. Why? What happened?

14. If you examine the bodies of Mr. And Mrs. Cooper (Marilyn Eastman) you'll notice that both have been partially devoured, yet neither person died from those wounds which is probably a good thing (if anything good could come out of that), but that also means there could be a zombie on the loose whose either too lazy to chase down its food (another good thing) or who still hasn't gotten used to eating something that's still moving. What's the answer here as to why they weren't?
15. You think the police could get away with shooting a young black man if they had reason to believe he was a zombie? The answer unfortunately is yes, they could - before, during and after a zombie apocalypse. The last one for the fire was Ben. Why did he leave the safety of the cellar?
