Unless you're a zombie or some carnivorous monstrosity that feeds on Hypothalamus glands. If you know anything about evolutionary biology, you know why Dr. Green's (Penelope Ann Miller) initial idea to kill the creature in The Relic would have worked. Of course, we're assuming you don't.
Put your knowledge of all-things that creep, slither and crawl to the test with the only movie monster survival guide/quiz book of its kind.

What will you do when they come for you?
Live and learn. Learn and live!

Frights, Camera, Trivia

..................................
Edgar Wright, 2004
The following quiz is rated MA for mostly asinine questions about an equal number of (you guessed it) mostly asinine characters. We just write em as we see em, folks. If you didn't ask yourself why someone (Ed) would want to get the attention of a zombie that just
wanted to be left alone (Mary), we'll do it for you.

2. You know what else was also ridiculous? Shaun's (Simon Pegg) reason for never uttering the Z-word. If he didn't believe in zombies, how did he explain what happened to his mom (Penelope Wilton) and everyone else who came back from the dead?

3. Here comes the (one-armed) groom, and there goes the idiot. How does the old saying go? People who live in zombie quarantine zones shouldn't throw __________ unless it's the only thing that stands between the living and the walking dead.

4. They're coming to get you, Barbara, and him. Shaun did what he thought was the right thing to do when he risked life and limb to rescue his mom, instead of what he should have done after his step-dad (Bill Nighy) was bitten. Explain.
Shaun of the Dead
(1) In Ed's defense, he didn't know that she was a zombie when he threw a rock at her. He just wanted to get the woman out of his backyard.
(2) He didn't, and thanks to him we had no idea how it happened in this film either. If he had just stayed on the same damn channel for more than a few seconds, he would have had his answer. (3) Pillows (4) He wanted to take his mom to Liz's place and wait for the epidemic to blow over. Isolating the person who had been bitten wasn't his top priority.

(5) He wanted to be somewhere familiar, he wanted to know where the exits were and it had to be a place where he could smoke. Her house met neither of those requirements. (6) How could we forget the words, "Kill Phil!"?  (7) He told her that it would really "exacerbate" things if she staye
(8) Sharp

AAAH! Zombies!!
Baby formula
You know what you get when you mix an experimental super soldier serum with soft and serve ice cream? That's right, a recipe for disaster. Taste ours' and tell us what it reminds you of. It won't turn you into a mindless zombie, but it might make you crave something we know you haven't had in quite some time. Find one of the missing barrels if you don't know what we're referring to.
AAAH! Zombies!!
Matthew Kohnen, 2007
5. Don't you hate it when you have to keep asking someone to do something over and over again? Ed (Nick Frost) kept forgetting to close the front door. That almost came back to bite him in the ass. Shaun, on the other hand, just seemed to be in a daze, oblivious to what was going on around him. It literally took someone trying to bite him in the ass to snap him out of it. What does one have to do with the other? Nothing really, we're just trying to confuse you (again). The question we want you to answer pertains to the reports that advised the residents of London to remain indoors. Why was Ed opposed to the idea of staying at Liz's (Kate Ashfield) place?

6. Shaun made a lot of promises he didn't keep. He was also a forgetful chap, like Ed. So are we, but we didn't forget what he was (repeatedly) asked to do once he was inside his
mother's house. Did you?

7. Shaun used a word he didn't even know the meaning of a few days earlier when he told Liz that she had to leave her place or risk being torn to pieces. What it proved to us was that he was a quick learner, when it involved a life or un-death situation.

8. The line to kick the living shit out of the living dead starts here. Grab a blunt object (sorry kids, no guns), follow us and keep together. Oh, and one more thing, stay __________ .Those of you who chose a copy of this book know what the right answer is.
