Get in the car and put that blindfold on. Don't ask why, just do it. You'll find out where we're taking you soon enough. When we reach the outskirts (of a little town called Silent Hill), we'll either stop there and congratulate you on a job well-done or proceed onward. It's up to you. Just don't take us too far because if you do, there's no turning back. How will you know when to say, "Yes, we are" when we ask, "Are we there yet?"

Shutter Island
(1) The island's most dangerous paitents were housed in the old Civil War fort on the bluffs (Ward C). Ward B was the female ward. (2) He had some trouble removing his holster when he was asked to surrender his firearm. (3) Guests weren't allowed in the building unless they were accompanied by both parties. (4) He was wearing shoes. (5) A sewage treatment facility

(6) He asked Dr. Naehring if he believed in death camps. (7) A bottle of liquor (8) She murdered her husband with an axe for cheating on her and for years of abuse, both verbal and physical we're guessing. (9) We didn't see any water in the glass and it disappeared from her hand.

Silent Hill
You'll smell something burning (the town, itself) and all radio communication will be lost.

Unless you're a zombie or some carnivorous monstrosity that feeds on Hypothalamus glands. If you know anything about evolutionary biology, you know why Dr. Green's (Penelope Ann Miller) initial idea to kill the creature in The Relic would have worked. Of course, we're assuming you don't.
Put your knowledge of all-things that creep, slither and crawl to the test with the only movie monster survival guide/quiz book of its kind.

What will you do when they come for you?
Live and learn. Learn and live!

Frights, Camera, Trivia
..................................
Welcome to Shutter Island. If youre not here on business, it can only mean one thing - you've been declared criminally insane. The red brick building on your right is Ward A. To your left is Ward B. If your name is Ted Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio), you won't be permitted
inside either facility after this little charade ends. Can anyone tell us why?

2. The guards seemed a little on edge when Ted arrived on the island. That was the first clue that things weren't what they appeared to be. The second was the first clue in the book. It didn't give away Chuck's (Mark Ruffalo) identity, but some probably wondered why a U.S. Marshal would have trouble doing that. What are we referring to?

3. Admittance to Ward C was forbidden, unless one had the written consent of the island's Deputy Warden (John Carroll Lynch) and Dr. Cawley (Ben Kingsley). But even that wasn't enough. Explain.

4. We know why the caves on the bluffs weren't checked - Rachel (Emily Mortimer) only existed in Ted's mind. But suppose she did, and had escaped. Why wouldn't she be able to

reach them? Ted managed. The answer is because he had one significent advantage. Do you remember what it was?

5. Stop asking us about the old lighthouse. There's a reason why it's fenced in. The only thing we can say about it is this - what goes on in that place is common knowledge to everyone on the island… and many who wish they hadn't found out. So, to an outsider, that's what it shall remain - whether you believe it or not.

6. Don't you just hate it when someone answers a question with a question of their own? That's what Ted did when he was asked about his belief in God. You'll have to do the same to get this one right. What was his reply?

7. Now you see it, now you don't. Something disappeared from Dolores' (Michelle Williams)
hand in one of the film's dream sequences (if you can call them that). This should be easy if you remember what her husband had an affinity for.

8. Everyone has their "dark days," and a breaking point. When the two come together, someone usually ends up dead. That was how Mrs. Kearns (Robin Bartlett) ended up on the island. Refresh our memory on the rest, and don't leave out any of the gory details.

9. Something about the aforementioned scene seemed surreal. Watch it again. If you don't notice anything unusual, watch Mrs. Kearns when Chuck returns with the glass of water.
