Sure, size matters. But you don't become an uber werewolf with size and strength alone. Quint's (Kristen Holden-Ried) ability to heal himself instantly was what truly set him apart from the pack. Of course, that can also work to one's disadvantage. Explain how it led to his demise.

Unless you're a zombie or some carnivorous monstrosity that feeds on Hypothalamus glands. If you know anything about evolutionary biology, you know why Dr. Green's (Penelope Ann Miller) initial idea to kill the creature in The Relic would have worked. Of course, we're assuming you don't.
Put your knowledge of all-things that creep, slither and crawl to the test with the only movie monster survival guide/quiz book of its kind.

What will you do when they come for you?

Underworld
(1) Leapt from the balcony she was perched on. (2) Change at will (3) She slammed on the breaks, shifted into reverse, drove backwards, stopped, shifted back into drive and then floored it to run his ass over. Lucian's. (4) She used whatever ammunition she had left to blast her way through the floor. (5) Michael pulled Selene from the wreckage of their submerged car, but vampires can't drown, can they?

(6) The letter V (7) The number of Lycans that still existed (8) The hallucinations that Michael experienced were the memories that were passed on to him by Lucian. (9) She reminded him of his deceased daughter. (10) If what Lucian told Michael was true (we have no reason not to believe him based on what Michael saw), there was a time, long ago when Lucian loved vampires even more than we do. He married one. But it was a forbidden union because Viktor feared a blending of the species so much that he killed his own daughter and forced Lucian to watch. That's what started the war and why we're choosing the werewolves.

Underworld: Awakening
An ordinary werewolf (if such a thing exists) would be able to pull a grenade out of its body before it detonated, unless it was half-dead.
Who watches the watchers? We usually do. Selene (Kate Beckinsale) disappeared from the sight of anyone who may have been observing her behind ... Sorry, what we meant to say was, "From behind," in the film's opening sequence when she did what?
Len Wiseman, 2003
2. Take a deep breath through your nose and then exhale. Again, this time like a werewolf sniffing out its prey. Doing that a few minutes a day will improve your memory according to one study. We'll see. Older, more powerful Lycans possessed the ability to, we'll say C.A.W., which was something others must have envied even when there was a full moon.

3. Stop, drop and roll. That's how you slow down a Lycan who can shake off a bullet to the head and what Selene did in the chapter entitled Wolves at the Door. Teach your vampire sons and daughters well, in the unlikely event that something like that ever happens again.

4. Backed into the corner of a narrow hallway with a pack of Lycans closing in fast, Selene stands her ground and opens fire. What else can she do? One is hit, but the next to fall may be her unless she can figure a way out of that situation. What happened next?

5. A couple of razor-sharp fangs wouldn't stop most guys from giving a vampire who looked like Selene mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, would it? The worst that could happen to us would be a blessing for future generations of movie
trivia geeks. Michael (Scott Speedman) ended up saving Selene's life the night she saved his from Lucian (Michael Sheen) - if a vampire could, in fact, die that way.

6. Every one of our monster movie quiz books would come with a pair of extracted vampire fangs if the creatures existed and we could find a dentist who became a wolf whenever the autumn moon was bright. The book that spoke of Lucian's demise included the brand that was cut from his arm. In the center of that brand was a letter or a symbol that resembled one. Saying it was used in this question really wouldn't help, so we won't mention it, even though we just did.

7. You knew that, and the answer to every other we've asked question so far? You're good and we were wrong, about just how difficult this quiz might be for anyone who hasn't seen the film at least a half-dozen times. When Selene said the same thing to Kahn (Robby Gee), give or take a few words, and asked him to prove her wrong by checking it out, she was referring to ...

8. Excessive hair growth, cravings for raw meat, hallucinations and delusions, if you answered "All of the
above" to what happens to folks who are bitten by a werewolf and live, you're absolutely right, but the latter was only true in Michael's case. His visions were memories. Explain.

9. Why all the hate, Kate? It wasn't a pack of werewolves that butchered Selene's family, it was Viktor (Bill Nighy). Why was her life spared?

10. Everyone has spoken, including us. It's time to decide and choose a side - vampires or werewolves. Our answer shouldn't surprise anyone.
